This single origin Costa Rican coffee is a truly exceptional brew, with a certification and grading of SHB/EP. The coffee beans are sourced from micro farms in the Alajuela region, where the growers cultivate the Caturra and Catuai varieties of coffee plants.
These micro farms are located at an altitude of 1300-1445 meters above sea level, where the volcanic loam soil type provides the perfect environment for growing high-quality coffee.
The beans are eco-pulped, a process that removes the outer layers of the cherry fruit while preserving the integrity of the bean. After this process, the beans are dried in the sun to bring out the full flavor and aroma.
The resulting medium roast coffee has a delightful tasting profile, with notes of sweet apple, raisin, and honey. This coffee is perfect for anyone who appreciates a well-balanced and flavorful cup of coffee.
